Shipping Policy

Every AnaJo Designs piece is handmade, which means you are receiving an original work of art.

If you ordered a simple piece, it will be ready to ship within one week. For all other pieces, please allow up to two weeks for production (depending on the piece), in addition to 3–5 business days for shipping. You will receive an email notification once your item has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Mail (8–31 business days) with insurance. Per USPS guidelines, all international orders over $400 will be shipped via USPS Priority International.

International customers: please be aware of your country’s import policies and customs fees, as you are responsible for any additional charges.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for items that are lost or undelivered; however, I will do my best to help track the package if this occurs. Please ensure that your order is shipped to a secure and trusted address.
